Japanese green tea leaves (Sencha) are ground to a fine powder. This is the tea used in the world famous Tea Ceremony. Traditionally, it is whisked with a special bamboo tool into a frothy brew with hot water and served in a special communal bowl.  Pungent and refreshing.
